The coaches and community are amazing, I love the variety in programming, and they have scaled back or amped up moves depending on your skill level. All around great place. I love coming to the gym... to get a most efficient work out as possible. I wasn't able to achieve this on my own, but AMRAP keeps me going. Thanks guys!read more

One month in and I love this place! Joe and Hali are the kindest, most supportive coaches you could ask for. The entire place is built on the idea of supporting each other and family. For someone... that hasn't worked out in three years, I was intimidated to try it, but I immediately felt comfortable and already feel so much stronger. You won't regret coming to AMRAP!read more

After hearing so many great things about AMRAP, I had to check it out. I sent an email expressing interest and received a response right away. I went in the next day to check it out and was hooked.... Everyone is so welcoming and fun to be around. This gym is wonderful! The coaches are amazing and will adapt the daily workouts to wherever you are in your fitness journey. They are all so encouraging! They are dedicated to taking the time to... walk you through a workout to ensure you use proper posture and technique. The next best thing to the coaching is the encouraging fitness community they are growing. Also, through their 6 week nutrition program they have helped me gain knowledge about my nutrition so I can fuel my body and become a stronger, healthier me!read more

What a wonderful place! Not only is this a place to work out but you are also surrounded by a community of individuals who want to be healthy and encourage others. Whether its a fist bump, a high... five or positively. I've personally been trained by the owners Joe and Hali and think they are wonderful teachers. They always take time to correct your posture, help you through a difficult set or just simply talk. Ive met so.e great people there and I look forward to my classes every time.read more

CrossFit was new to me so I was nervous and a little intimidated to try out a gym like AMRAP. SO glad I gave it a go! The classes are wonderful for any fitness level. I stuck with the bootcamp... classes at first but recently tried a CrossFit class and loved it! Joe and Hali really know fitness and the overall environment is so friendly and motivating. Great team vibe! After not even a month already feeling so much stronger and happier. Highly recommend it!read more

I just joined this past week, the classes are awesome! Don’t be intimidated by either the bootcamp or CrossFit if you haven’t done it before, they scale everything down for you. My toddler comes... with to classes with me too some days so I don’t miss a workout! Update 12/5/2019: I have been coming here for six months now and Hali and Joe have celebrated every little success, every PR along the way. They program specific things for their members because they know what motivates us, what makes fitness fun for us. They create a great environment for us to work hard and reach our goals. We do the work, but it is so much easier with our AMRAP family behind us. I have lost 24 lbs since I started CrossFit but what I’m really happy about is everything I have gained; new friends, new skills, and a realization that I can do so much more than I ever thought.read more

10 months after moving to the area, I quickly realized the gym I had been going to for the last 16 years was close enough but just too far away. I began scouring the gyms in the area, but NOTHING... compared to the gym I had been going to. UNTIL... I found AMRAP Method/CrossFit Grafton. I decided to do the trial to see how I liked it, while still hanging on to my prior gym membership. I just couldn't break up with that gym yet since there was no equivalent in the area. After my trial was up, I pulled the trigger and divorced my old gym (yes it was practically like a divorce I felt a little melancholy about it) and haven't looked back. Fast forward ?? months (I don't even know how long its been cuz time is flying) I now realize although my previous gym had all the amenities that a chain could have, it was like an old worn out relationship. the personal attention and family feel that welcomed me at AMRAP since day one can't be matched anywhere else. I love the passion and dedication from all the coaches at AMRAP and I'm SO happy I made the switch! I started with boot camp classes and now I'm trying new things and going outside of my comfort zone. I had always been intimidated by CROSSFIT but now I'm loving it and making friends while I'm working out! Thanks AMRAP for taking the "work" out of working out and putting the fun back in!!!read more

AMRAP is such a great environment, no matter your fitness level. Don’t let CrossFit scare you away. I joined about three months ago, and I’m so glad I did. The coaches do a fantastic job... encouraging and modifying workouts for each individual to maximize their success. They truly care about each and everyone of their clients. This gym has totally changed my mind about crossfit gyms. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and so encouraging. The members are friendly and nice. A great place and great work outs!

I joined AMRAP 4 months ago and it was the best decision I have made . After trying other Gyms ,, Form and Fitness , and Snap Fitness , I never felt as though I fit in . AMRAP is like a family to me... . They care about how I progress to attain my physical goals. Both Joe and Hali motivate and push me toward my goals . The other members also relate to me and are genuinely interested in my improvements. I have reduced my weight by over 25 lbs. and improved my stamina.read more
