What’s AMRAP?

AMRAP means “as many reps as possible.” A definite amount of time to get as much work done as possible. For that amount of time, you are focused on one thing. We believe you should apply this to not only your workout, but to your lifestyle outside the gym as well. Set aside distractions and stresses of life to really focus on what’s important at that moment.

Our mission at AMRAP Method is to provide you with an environment that allows you to walk in and leave everything else at the door. For the next 60 minutes we want you to focus all your energy on YOU and your health. This is YOUR 60 minute AMRAP for the day. How will you use it?
